How long does a therapy session last?
A typical therapy session lasts 60 minutes, including the initial intake evaluation. Subsequent sessions are 45 minutes long. The frequency of sessions can vary, with most clients visiting once or twice a week in the beginning, then gradually reducing the frequency as needed. The total number of sessions required will depend on the individual’s specific needs.
For how long will I need to attend therapy?
The duration of therapy varies for each client and is dependent on the nature of their issues and the goals they wish to achieve through therapy. Some individuals may have a focused problem that can be addressed in a limited course of therapy, while others may choose to continue therapy as an ongoing process for personal growth.
What are your fees, and do you accept insurance?
Self Pay
Our initial evaluation is $125 for a one-hour session, and follow-up appointments are $90 for up to an hour.
Insurance
Our services may be fully or partially covered by your health insurance plan or employee benefits.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee of $85.

What is the purpose of the group?
A dual-purpose group offering psychoeducation and support for anxiety management.
Joy Metropolitan Community Church, downtown Orlando. An LGBTQ+ church.
6-week program starting March 26th, Thursday nights at 6pm
Why are we hosting this group?
To support the rising anxiety levels in young adults, emphasis on stress management, resiliency,
and peer support.
What is the cost for participants?
Insurance coverage accepted (only copay required)
Out-of-pocket costs: $50 per session.
$10 for a personalized Anxiety workbook.
